01How do I request a quotation?
Complete the buyer form with the lentil variety, quantity, destination, preferred packaging, delivery window and Incoterm. SD Enterprises will review availability and respond using the contact details supplied.
02What is the minimum order quantity?
The current minimum order is two full containers. Both 20-foot and 40-foot container options are available, subject to route, packaging and legal payload limits.
03Can I request a sample?
Samples may be arranged subject to product availability, quantity, destination, courier requirements and any applicable sample or delivery cost. Sample approval does not replace the final lot specification.
04Which packaging options are available?
Available options include 25 kg bags, 50 kg bags, 1,000 kg FIBC or jumbo bags, and full-container loads. Final packaging specifications are confirmed in the quotation.
05Which payment terms do you offer?
Payment method, currency, deposit requirements and due dates are confirmed in the written quotation or agreement after the buyer and transaction are reviewed. Never submit banking or card details through the website form.
06How are shipments arranged?
Shipment planning is coordinated through Vancouver, British Columbia. EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR and CIF terms can be discussed. Final routing, carrier, timing and handover points are confirmed for each shipment.
07How long does preparation take?
Preparation time depends on the requested variety, grade, volume, packaging, supplier availability, documentation and shipment schedule. A realistic timeline is provided after the requirement is reviewed.
08Which documents can be provided?
Certificate of Analysis, phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin, fumigation certificate, inspection certificate, commercial invoice and packing list are available on request. The required set and issuing conditions are confirmed for the selected shipment.
09Are certified programs available?
Organic, Kosher, HACCP or BRC supply-chain documentation, and Non-GMO status can be requested for qualifying programs. Availability and certificate scope are confirmed for the selected supplier, facility, product and lot. Halal certification is not currently offered.
10How are grade and quality confirmed?
Grade is confirmed for each shipment, subject to availability and lot documentation. Quality parameters are confirmed by a lot-specific specification or Certificate of Analysis.
